I received a call recently from someone posing as Plan.com. They offered to give me an upgrade and said they were in collaboration with EE. They didn't seem to have much of my information on hand, which made me dubious. 07488808135, was the number they used to contact me. Was the call that this was?

Lady said she was O2, and after me pushing a bit, she eventually said she was a sale agent contracted by O2. So she wasn't actually O2. I then said thank you, but I will upgrade with my current provider directly.
