Said they were surveying broadband / ISDN on behalf of the government. Had some very out of date information.
Said they were from the Telecomms Reseach Organistation - which shows as a dissolved private company on companies house -

Caller pretended to be Daisy but didn't call me on my Daisy phone number.
Claimed they were updating the Daisy new CRM system.
Adamant they were Daisy Telecoms.
Gave them no information at all.
When I called the number back it as a telecoms research company call center. -

Sounded very fishy, they called my work landline number asking for details about me (managing director) said it was about the phone lines, I told them we don't have any at all and work off mobiles so it's not relevant, but they continued to push for information:
Gave me slightly wrong address wanting me to correct it, asked me to confirm MDs name but gave slightly wrong name and wanted me to correct it, asked when the MD is in the office, which days of the week.
