they were looking for the windows computer in the house, because it downloaded a Red box File. they wanted me to go to their website so they could remote in to recover the "Red Box File"
I said that it was kinda strange seeing how I run IPSEC over a linux box. he said that doesn't work I must be using my windows laptop. Then I said right I didn't buy it yet it is still at the store. If anyone has the IP addy for this number please post it here.

Claimed to be from BT Openreach. Before proceeding with the call I told him I needed to do some security checks! I asked him a simple security question of my own devising related to BT plc . He couldn't answer and hung up.
