Worked with them to change my current business energy supplier. Don't know what all of the negative comments are about, as the lady I spoke to was absolutely lovely.

As someone said above, yes, they are a broker, so it is stretching the truth to say that they are 'from' BG or EON, etc. They are persistent and rude, and call me all the year round, and they are to all intents and purposes lying when the say that the current contract is 'up for renewal', or whatever weasel phrase they use.

Claims to be calling with regards to a gas account at the commercial property and then they say they work with our current supplier but they don't know who they are or when we're due for renewal. They have been blocked from our telephone system.
