An male idiot called me to follow up on a brochure I had ordered. I told him I previously did arrange for a home visit and these planks cancelled it at 2 hours notice citing a broken down car. I told him that this was a lame excuse - hadn’t they heard of car hire? He kept saying “ we can foretell a breakdown” repeatedly! I said listen buster, I’m not saying you need to forecast a broken down car what I’m saying is once it was realised a car HAD broken down why on earth (if customer service is THAT important) did the bloke not hire a car? He was so thick he could not seem to understand my point - I told him to Fu*k Off

Also requested brochure from Kitchen Magic as was very interested in their product. Been receiving calls 3-4 times a day, every day for months. I'll be blocking the number now. After such aggressive follow-up, I have no intention of using the company!!

Got so fed up with receiving calls, I added the number to my contacts and then blocked it (you can do this with an iphone, but unsure on other phones).

This is Kitchen Magic, a telemarketer. I started getting calls from them after requesting their brochure about replacement kitchen unit doors. Apparently they are extremely persistent.

Same issues as listed above. Any body got an address for them. I'm in London willing to travel to Birmingham to show them aggressive and direct. Somebody needs to put a ship to them. I've had enough
