When challenged and asked as a subject access request for the source of the information after a long hold someone came on the line promising to call back with that info on Monday. I'll await that with interest as I have had no car accident!

I have had 32calls from this company(same number)in 8weeks regarding my accident which I did have in march 2016keep telling them not to call me it's in hands of my solicitor they get abusive when I tell them not to call again in the end they don't understand plain English (fuck off)

I answered the phone there is this guy loud noise on the background can't hear him properly and he says that I had an car accident in the last 2 years he also said did I have a passenger in the car or was I on my own I sad that would be a bit hard I don't drive

Then asked her about my insurance company and she said we are 3rd party company and when asked to confirm my address, she told me my previous address. been receiving these calls like twice a week. Are they legit?

I get 3 - 4 calls daily, looking for some fella called William Bevan. I tell them each day that i'm not him, it's not the right number they have etc... Today though, a very shirty South African decided that although i'm not the person he was looking for, he still anted to go on about this alleged claim. What an annoying bloke he is too!!! (i had to pretty much edit this whole post to remove the profanities!!)

I've finally figured it out. They are a solicitors firm called Rozita Hussain based in Manchester. They get this company to cold call people so see if they have had an accident and then work on the injury claim. I feel like cold calling them myself as a joke. Their number is 0161 448 8222

Just had a call from this number, alot of background noise. Like the other people on here they said I had an accident within the last two years and could help me claim compensation. I said I hadn't been in a car accident and I dont drive. He then said i was a passenger and someone else was driving. Explained never been in a car accident and asked how he had got my details. At that point he just hung up.

Illusive questioning - asking about a "bump and or scratch" raised when I renewed my insurance policy.
When I asked what car I was driving they said they worked alongside my insurer. Then I questioned who my insurer was, they said they were not at liberty to disclose that information over the phone.

Fake accident claim, told the guys his mum was in the car when I crashed ( I didn't crash, I don't drive) he wasn't happy with me explaining what his mum was doing to me in the car. He got angry and flustered, said he was going to phone me back everyday till I kill myself. I look forward to his call!

I have been pestered for weeks from various numbers.
I found a way to stop them calling back.I let him run off all his rehearsed speech and went along with what he said.When he asked what had happened I said I'd died. He asked what? I said I died then 3 days later came back to life. He git quite aggressive, told me to fk off and stop phoning them. Obviously it was he who called me...lol :)maf4 -

I have been called no less than 4 times by this company trying to sell insurance or trying to make me pursue a claim for a car accident that never happened!
