They keep calling to book a service even though the last one cost me a fortune, they didn't tighten my brake fluid cap which spilled out onto the road and nearly caused me to crash. I have told them this but they didn't even apologise.

Annoying pests call all the time trying to sell me products for my golf. Think the calls are from a call centre with Chester area code as the last call I had was when my car was actually in getting work done. Which surely they would have known.

Keep ringing every few weeks about our VW that we don't own any more. Continue to call even when they have been told not to. Have now threatened to refer them to the Information Commissioners Office under the data protection act.

I was a customer of VW Chester until I moved 8 months ago. Despite informing them of my move they currently ring me twice a day every day, trying to sell things from tyres to brake fluid checks. Very very annoying when I have told them I am no longer in the area!
