unsure of the gentleman's name but from Lynx, started with saying he is covering for someone on leave and then want on to say that they supply the NHS with consumables for their Brother printers. I stated you do not supply us consumables which he then responded with I did not say you, I said the NHS. He then stated that due to the tone of the call he will end the call as I did not seem interested. This was after speaking with our reception team requesting to speak with myself (asked by name) and saying he had prosecco and chocolates for the practice.

We were sent a box of toners and drums that we didn't order two years ago. We sent a registered letter declining liability and gave the company an opportunity to collect the toners but that didn't happen. I sought legal advice and they confirmed it was the right course of action. Two years down the line they are calling us chasing payment.
