I am being harrassed by this company for money I don't owe. I phoned them to explain the situation but they were deliberately obtuse and kept me on the phone without even attempting to try and sort things out, claiming they couldn't find details of my previous address. They phone me very day from different numbers and leave automated messages. Very unprofessional. Put their details of the Telephone Preference Site and report their practices to Ofcom as they are breaking the law.

This is C A R S debt recovery (or rather an automated message from CARS!) - they do not actually say why they are calling etc, which they are required to do under the debt collection guidelines issued by the OFT - although I have found out that they collect for Fitness First (even when you owe no money) - also call from a mobile number 07802 921940
