A man with a South Asian accent started with, “This is Troy Martin of the BT Technical Department. We have evidence that your computer is not functioning properly. How many lights are flashing on your Home Hub?” I said I recognised his voice fro a previous call claiming to be from Windows. He was not put off and accused me of not cooperating. I said I would report him to Action Fraud which I did.
