4th call for the day from these people, once with a person on the other end, sadly I was out and my partner answered.
As I had a little free time today I thought I would check them out and it makes for interesting reading. They have only existed for just over a year and set up by a guy called Laurence Douglas Adams who was director for a single day (bit funny) and has also been director of nearly 4000 other companies (yes, I did mean to put that many 0's)
The company is Mortgage Advice Services but that is a trading name of Home Finance Advice Holdings Limited, company number 08038330, previously Home Finance Advice Holdings Limited and Home Finance Advice Temp Limited, so that's 3 names in under a year?

as has been said before so if anybody fancies a visit out there you know where to go, the current directors are Mr Matthew Morgan and Mr John James Dickson so you know who to blame for the constant harassment from this company.

I am looking into taking them to book under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 (http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1997/40/pdfs/ukpga_19970040_en.pdf) if I get time.
They have been reported to OfCom although I do not expect any action there. I have also asked them twice to remove my name to no avail. Time to go to war I think. -

This is the address I found for this company who insists on harassing thousands of us day & night. I did speak to one of their operatives & he was asking a lot of questions which I refused to answer. He wanted to make an appointment for an advisor to visit & reckons I could save £21000 on my mortgage over the next 15 years. Told him if he could pay off my remaining mortgage then I would listen. Silence!!!
I tried calling their number back to arrange for one of my advisors to visit him and help him save £21000 on dentistry work but they have barred calls. I wonder if that's to stop them receiving a high volume of complaints. Tossers!

The person on the other end of the phone knew my name and asked if I still had a mortgage on my property, quoting my address, because I immediately thought PPI I told him no, the phone went down and then I got concerned how he got my details in the first place, when I rang back there was just a recorded message saying no attendant available now, please call back later, very dodgy I think

If you call 01332257048 and speak to an employee he/she can get your numbers removed from their auto dialer which is apparently faulty. They are aware of this so she says but didnt explain why it is taking so long to fix.

Call them on 013322570000 press 0 you will get through to operator - be polite and ask to be put through to department that will remove your number.
Also takes 1 minute to register the company complaint on ofcom please.

This number has phoned my elderly mother 10 times today, and when she has answered nobody has been there. She's phoned back but 'no attendant is there'. This has been happening for weeks. Who do I report it to ?
