Just had a call from this number, I answered and they said that they are from a refund company miss sold ppi. They got my name right but previous address. The only info they asked for who I bank with and how much have borrowed from them. Don't give them that info, is a scam.

Overall, they are great. Been in contact with them about my mis-sold PPI, and they really did help me getting some money back.
No idea why the claims about them not being polite etc, they were adorable when dealing with my case, so prolly they just hired new guys.
They might be helpful for some, and not helpful for others - but I won't consider them as spam.

I have read so many negative comments regarding this company that I feel is unfair.
I contacted Hidenda 3 years ago on a recommendation from a friend. Both my husband and myself had previously been wrongly advised during financial meetings with a well known and trusted bank.
This resulted in mis-sold PPI and other insurances.
Hidenda took time to listen to my concerns. I could not give them account numbers etc however was reassured that they would take our case on board and keep us informed.
I am delighted to say that Paul and I received quite considerable amount of money as refunds. Yes there was a payment for service however this was minor to the thousands that we received following our claim. Also it was money that we would not have received at all had it not been for the professional service that Hidenda offered us.
You can only imagine our surprise to receive a call out of the blue two years later to be informed that due to a change in legislation both my husband and myself were entitled to further considerable amounts of money. we were delighted with the news and could not believe that Hidenda would continue to follow and chase up any further amounts of money that may be owing to us.Like I have noted yes there is a charge but it is not about the cost it is about the thousands we are banking with many thanks to Hidenda. We certainly would not have followed this up so thoroughly ourselves.
We are looking forward to a super Christmas, maybe a holiday. A super way to start the New Year.
I have no problem in recommending Hidenda you never know what you are owed without making the call. We are truly thankful we did and cannot thank Hidenda enough for the professional, sensitive way in which they have handled our case.

Aggressive people phoning up to 7 times a day.
They want details about you. Told I have not contacted them. Told them thus his Harrassment. Told the police should be involved as thus cube crime. Spoken to forcefully in an agreed I've demanding manner. I told then I don't want you contacting me ! -

As I initially gave this company permission to look into a ppi claim on my behalf after I e.mailed them after several months of silence, I then received a letter informing me that I am entitled to £800. 3 months later they messaged me to say that I have no claim. What happened to the £800 ????

Then they bombard you with texts saying please return the forms. There a joke. These idiots rang me again this morning. There calls from any number they use are blocked. So they won't bother me again but on the other hand. I'm registered on tps so they shouldn't be ringing me anyway. -

Hi, I have blocked this number as they are persistent in trying to get business from you, I have also listed their email address as spam, they bombard you with messages of (you may be liable for our costs)
I couldn't recommend dealing with such a company. -

William from the refunds dept at 'something Dander' (didn't catch the first bit. Knew my name. Reassured me it wasn't a sales call. Said I just needed to confirm two things. Started to ask how many loans..... And I hung up. Cos contrary to what these scamming pr*cks think, we're not all stupid. Blocked the number.

Called me several times over the course of a week and when I answered they said it wasn't a sales call but could I tell them if I had taken out any credit cards etc in the past two years. Told him I wasn't going to tell him that kind of info and asked to be removed from his database. He politely said yes and have a good night!

Didn't like that they knew my name and addressed me constantly and calmly by it as if I was on very friendly terms with them already. As soon as I asked for them to remove my details from their database (despite constant reassurances that this wasn't a sales call) he swiftly hung up. On to the next poor recipient of unwanted sales pest calls.

Called immediately asking me how many loans, credit cards I had and how many I'd made payments on in the last 12 months, didn't introduce themselves nothing but had my name and tried to act as if it was a personal call, blocked their number now.

On my mobile! Polite, but Susan seemed convinced I owed or had previously paid interest on loans and credit cards since 1997. I assured her that I didn't pay interest to anyone under any circumstances so she had to agree that their services weren't applicable to me. I duly blocked their number.
