   Had a call today (Fri 21/01/22) on my land line no from an asian/indian voice sounding woman who phoned me under pretence she was phoning from VANQUIS BANK. She didn't give reason why, but I gave no info and wasn't going to give her chance to. The call had background interference noise, I said she shouldn't have phoned me on my no, that I was not happy she had done whether or not she was genuine as being of VANQUIS BANK and that they shouldn't have my no which she said we do. I ended her call. I then checked with VANQUIS and informed them of for any actions be taken.

   Vanquis Bank are sneaky and use lots of different telephone numbers to trick you into answering.
   For your convenience, I have listed many of the telephone numbers that they use below.
   
   If you answer calls from these numbers you may be charged for 'Debt Management' so buy a BT8500 and stop all of these calls easily.
   
   Also, my advice is not to take up credit or accept a credit cards from Vanquis Bank as they are extremely aggressive in their debt collection.
   Do the research and see how unhappy people are with this company.
