   Bloke claimed to be from Swinton Insurance with a quote for my house insurance based on a previous quote. After a few basic details, he put me through to his "colleague" (which was Swinton) who had no details on me. She said they use a company called "1to1 Customer Insight". I terminated the call, looked up this telesales company and wrote an email of complaint to Swinton. 1to1 had phoned the house about 10 times before they spoke to me. Tossers.
