   Unfortunately they put in the worst conservatory ever built for us! Bunch of liars who have no idea what they are doing. Don't be fooled by their claims. Now they still try and ring every few months. I have approximately 20 telephone numbers of theirs blocked! I hope someone takes them down for good, soon!

   They have been calling for over a year since I asked for a quote.Found cheaper elswhere. Persist with these calls when I have told them the job is done and i do not want anything from them! They Change number when I block. So pleased never actually used them based on review.

   We had the worst experience of a conservatory. See google reviews and trust pilot by my husband!
   Yet they still call to see if we want anything else. Would rather boil my eyes than use this company again!

   Two unsolicited phone calls on the same day, second operator acknowledged I had been contacted by his colleague but no apology for the intrusion. This was not the end of it, a further two phone calls the following day, the answer phone is now permanently on, enough. I have had no contact with this company nor will I.

   Smiths glass/window company are the absolute worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Since trusting them to supply & fit new Windows (they couldn't even measure correctly so bad decision) they have rung numerous times to try and sell us some more shoddy 'gear. We tried being polite and explaining we would not use their services again even if it were free to eventually resorting to shouting at them down the phone, but still they ring! Why why why do they not take the hint? A barge pole is not long enough. DO NOT use these Cowboys!!

    Smiths have called me numerous times from numerous numbers over the years. Have spoken to 'Gary' twice this week who assures me my number has now been deleted. I'm registered with TPS but that doesn't seem to matter to them. Would never use this company.

    Had a bad experience with Smiths years ago and told them I will never buy from them again. They are still calling me years later. I am obviously not alone, will block the calls but numbers do keep changing. They are dense and totally persistant.

    They are a complete pain in the neck.
    Obtained a quote early 2002 and ever since they have been phoning at least twice per month. I have asked them to remove our number, they always very apologetic and yes they will remove, but they keep coming back like a horrible disease! Please listen to the people who are telling you to leave us alone, we don't want to buy your products ever!

    Have blocked calls from them several times after they came round to quote me for a door a few years back. Salesperson was very pushy then, telling me I should buy the door so I don't get robbed by gypsies! Bunch of divs. Tried to call 01268 295848 to have number removed from marketing list but it just keeps ringing.

    This company is totally despicable. Had a silent call from them yesterday morning then spoke with rep who called again this morning. He had my name and address, (very distressing) and claimed to be responding to an enquiry. The last time I enquired anywhere about windows was over 19 years ago, and definitely not a company called Smiths! - I thought we had a Data Protection Act!. I told the guy very clearly never to call my number again. He seemed to be quite amused by this. Two-and-a-half hours later, had another silent call from them.

    Although tis is a Southend on Sea number, it seems to belong to the Basildon company Smiths Double glazing.
    I tried to get a comparison quote from this outfit about 5 years ago, but in the end they were not able to do the work I wanted.
    They now call me regularly every 6 months, and I keep telling them they could not do the work I wanted, so do not call me again.
    they still do - I have had 2 calls a day for the past 3 weeks, and they have all now been successfully blocked.
    They are a damn nuisance.

    Auto call barred by my telephone as caller did not confirm company name.
    Had misfortune of using this company to replace Windows.
    They did an appalling job and it took 9 months and 50 calls for them to rectify their mistakes.

    Had a quote from Smiths Windows back in 2005 from these people. Even after all this time they are still calling me. Last call 15 mins ago. I have told them many times I now live over 150 miles away from there office and to remove me from their telephone lists. But still calling.

    Wonder if this is the same glazing company "smithsltd.co.uk" that used to call people from numbers 01268531140, 01268531141 etc
