This is defo has NOTHING to do with Vodafone apart from one thing and that is someone has clearly breached the data protection act and has sold on their data base of customer details. THIS is more worrying than a scam call which can be blocked by using a simple and free app of which there are many.

I missed this call twice, but when rang back she new my name. Said as a loyal Vodafone customer they had broadband deals available and asked who my current provider was. I said I would research and call back the 191 number if I was interested, but she said that was for mobile only not broadband deals!! I asked her about VFs sure signal booster and she suggested that the new VF router; normally £130 and manufactured by Huawei was also a mobile signal boosting device and that lots of customers come to VF broadband for that feature alone. also that it was free to loyal customers. I will be calling VF to verify her claims and her CLI..

reported to Vodafone and this what they say telemarketer that work for them ( a 3rd party company) and they are happy to pas your information to even though data protection is supposed to prevent them doing this

I get at least 1 or 2 missed calls from this No. a day.. I am a Vodafone customer but I haven't actually managed to answer the call so I am not sure if it is Vodafone as per the other comments. I wouldn't call back as I have heard of many scams where they charge you LOADS to return the call for 2 secs of call time. If it was that important the person would leave a message or write to you in the mail. As far as I am concerned we are not missing out on anything here by not answering the calls.

Claimed to be from Vodafone which she felt the need to add "your network provider" to clarify who Vodafone are. Said that she could offer me landline and broadband for £20 a month. I said I renewed my current contract last month. She was then very quick to get off the phone to me.

Called many many times over the last few days. They say they are from Vodafone trying to reward loyal customers. Asked them to remove us from calling list and he became very rude and argumentative...cannot be genuine as it's no way to treat customers if it was Vodafone.

Refused to remove me from the list and guy was very rude.

Had six missed calls over 3 days,so called number back. Recipient didn't state who they were upon answering - silence! When I said hello they asked is that ? and they had my name. Purported to be from Vodafone but is bogus call confirmed by Vodafone. My number is recorded for no marketing calls. Advising the Police and Information Commissioners Office. Would urge others to do the same in the event there are sinister implication.

after I nwas phoned by someone on this number every lunch time I finally answered phone.The guy finally stated that they were a call centre and the phone number or job pops up on his screen.The numbers called are autodial so he never knows which type of call he is going to get.I told him to take my number off his list and I also contacted Vodafone via live chat and complained.They assure me I wont get another call from this call centre which so far I havent
starrychats replied 5/22/17, 7:08 PMI have just had a row with Vodafone who said that they would stop the calls from this number but wouldn't confirm that the company was anything to do with them. My question was how could they guarantee that I would not be bothered again. They couldn't answer!!! -

kept getting these finally rang number, after seeing that if I did so and pressed 1 I would receive no more calls, pressed 1 and got straight through to Joshua, when I stated that I considered this to be a nuisance call he said "I am sorry" and went into his scripted sales pitch, I again said it was a nuisance call and he just carried on. he also said he was from Vodafone.
