This time I'm not going to block the number - when they call again (and they will) I'm going to lead them up the garden path with a story of a ridiculous accident, I'm going to challenge myself to see how long I can keep THEM on the phone. A bit of light entertainment on an otherwise dull Friday afternoon in the office! -

I get fed up with these calls, so when they rang me telling me I'd had an accident, I told them it wasn't an accident, I saw the woman my husband was having an affair with, so I mounted the curb and hit her! As my car was damaged, am I still entitled to claim? Amazingly they put the phone down....I've no idea why! :)

have blocked various variants of this number. Answered tonight due to recent recruitment agency contacting me. Asian guy with very strong Indian/Pakistani accent asked for 60 secs Quick survey. When asked if he was paid or claiming the call was about an accident in a car I had never owned, he said no. He then asked me to confirm my postcode and mentioned application.I never confirmed postcode and said whoa wait a minute what application he said oh for God's sake and put the phone down on me.
Since looking for sale new job these kind of calls have started and in my opinion a online job search agency is selling information. I only use well known sites/agencies 3 to be exact so will be looking at their governing bodies to see if my theory is right -

02031988113 - constantly receive calls from this number for fun I answer and speak only in German don't know who they are or what they want as it's apparent the language barrier causes issues, also it's hilarious to hear people try and work out what's happening and flounder - please do the same if only to waste their time and personal amusement

Asked if I could answer a quick survey and sign up for some offers. Kept asking me the same questions over and over again when I refused to answer them. Why do the need to know how old I am and which newspaper I read out of the Sun and a couple of other ones that are popular (I don't read any of them) so why would I want a subscription to them?

Some (adult, Chinese) lady pretending to be the friend of my late brother (14) and when questioned why she is calling she said she is friends with him and asking me why I am asking repeatedly. Next time she calls me I will through a lawsuit at her face... I received multiple calls today from her

Had five calls from 02031988113 and also 02030098583 all very heavily accented Indian callers. I asked the repeatedly to stop calling me and take my number off their list but they then just hang up on me and call again later. All variations of these numbers now blocked.

This number may be being used by a computer hacker who can gain acces remotly as he was of indain accecnt but said he was John started to ask me personal questions and when I explained that my hubby is a computer engineer and spends many days removing viruses from computers after taking these type of details he put the phone down.

Got call from 020 3198 8113 very rude. I have now blocked the number. They asked if they were speaking to 'my name' and I said no they say could I put them through to 'my name' and I said I've never heard of that person... end of call and from now on any call call I get from any cold caller of any sort I'm just going to say not my name and I don't know who the person they're looking for is. Then block that number

1 call answered asked why this number was calling me persistently , harassing me
The male caller said sorry , was not sorry at all , did not introduce the company or himself tried to engage me in conversation , made me very uncomfortable. I dropped the call and blocked the call these companies should be banned from calling unsolicited -

Had a missed call from 020 3198 8113. I tried to call back but the call got cancelled. I tried a couple more times (as I am waiting for an important call) but it still got cancelled.
I tried calling from the landline but it was just beeping.
I googled the number and ended up here. I guess it's not that trustworthy. -

020-3198-8113. Accident claim idiots. I keep them on as long as i can now and waste their time. When they say can you describe the accident, i just say something similar to the following, "Well the last time i had an accident it was because i had drank too much water before i went out and unfortunately i was on the motorway so couldnt get to the toilet in time, thus i wet myself, but i didnt realise i could claim for that. Do i claim for new trousers or just to have them and the car seat cleaned?"
When they reply "I think you are just wasting my time sir", i always answer "Yes, and if you would like to call me again tomorrow, i will waste more of it"
