The man pretended to be from O2, asking for my details to discuss my account. When I asked them to prove they were actually from O2, the woman claimed she'd send an email, but instead, I received a suspicious YouTube request for account access. It was an elaborate and convincing scam attempt, clearly designed to gain unauthorized access to my information.
