In four days I've had 3 calls. No message left, by them, so I assume spam as I have no dealings with that number.
Prior to that I had a similar series of calls every 10 days from 02038073372.
Both numbers I set to call block, yet they still continue to call and (not) hear a message saying the call will not be answered.
Obviously a robot calling.
Once picked up and heard asian voices talking in the background. -

I have been receiving several calls a week from this number to my mobile phone, home number and office number.
They either say they are from "Trading Banks" or a market research company in Taiwan.
Either way, you know it's a scam. I like to have fun with them. They have all been Filipino until today where the caller was of African descent.
I ask them lots of questions and talk nonsense and it confuses them completely. Sometimes they get very agitated because they have a spiel to get out as fast as possible. Slowing them down to ask questions drives them nuts.
When I asked which trading bank he was from he said, no, that is the name of the company, trading banks. I told him I was excited because I want to trade my bank because it is useless. Funny thing, he hung up. Oh well, I'll have to torment someone else.
My advice, if you are having a slow day, go on have some fun. Ask them personal questions about family, sporting interests, etc or let your mind run wild. I've used different accents and all sorts.
It keeps them from bothering others and provides some entertainment.

I think this is a boiler room operation, touting for investment. Even after you tell them where to get off, they still call back many times. A boiler room operation is one which hypes "investments" which probably don't exist and you lose your money. Worryingly they knew my name.
