This caller claimed to be from "The Housing Claim," offering assistance for tenants filing claims against landlords for housing repairs. He knew my name, which isn't difficult. Before providing any information, I asked for proof of his affiliation. He provided a mobile number I couldn't verify and mentioned a website, thehousingclaim.co.uk, which isn't even registered as a domain. Despite his insistence, the lack of credibility made the entire call highly suspicious.
