This morning, I received a call claiming to be from O2, attempting to discuss some issue with my account. The irony? I don’t even use O2. It was clearly a poorly executed scam, trying to trick me into thinking there was a problem with an account I never had.

I got a call from this number claiming to be from Tesco, offering a 30% discount on my bill. Since I'm not even with Tesco, it was obvious it was a scam. I hung up and blocked the number.

I got a call from this number claiming to be from Tesco and offering a 20% discount on my bill. But I’m not even with Tesco, so I knew it was a scam. I hung up and blocked the number.
