Their offer of a new iPhone 15 for £38 per month, along with a £38 upfront payment, seemed too good to be true compared to my current contract. Their communication skills in English were lacking. Despite requesting an email with the terms, none arrived, and they continue to call repeatedly. Their ignorance about my current contract and insistence on their offer raises suspicions of a potential phone scam, suggesting fraudulent intentions.
