DO NOT ENGAGE. HANG UP IMMEDIATELY. IF YOU HAVE APPROVED FUNDS, CONTACT YOUR BANKING PROVIDER THROUGH THEIR OFFICIAL CHANNELS ASAP, AND FREEZE ANY AFFECTED CARDS.

Do not answer this number under any circumstances instead most likely they have your bank card details or are trying to obtain them and you should cancel your card immediately on the chat. On the phone they say someone is trying to use your card and pretend they're going to upgrade you to a new sort code and account number with level 3 security and move funds but it is infact just them stealing your money , they have no association with the bank , report them to action fraud.
