I received a call from someone claiming to be from BT's Security/Technical team, stating that my internet account had been compromised between 1:30 AM and 2:30 AM that day. He sent a BT PIN notification, adding to the credibility. He requested a BT speed test and provided instructions, all appearing genuine. However, suspicion arose, and I decided to verify with BT directly. The caller even provided a website, but I chose to contact BT myself and confirmed it was a scam.
