Claiming to be from O2 call centers, the scammer said they were sending a new phone chip due to a faulty one. It was immediately clear this was a scam, as the caller barely spoke English, making it unlikely they worked in a legitimate call center. They have somehow accessed the O2 customer list and have repeatedly attempted to hack accounts to obtain direct debit information. These scammers are despicable, and karma will eventually catch up with them.
