Have told them they have the wrong number but they keep calling despite this. Every time I block the number they call from a different one. -

Keep calling, then hang up when you answer the phone. Annoyingly I can hear the office in the background, just clearly don't have enough staff to try and sell whatever junk it is they are trying to sell!
