   Call received to check if I was following self isolation rules after coming in to the UK. Very unprofessional and rude people, hard to understand their english if you ask them something you will be ignored. Also sometimes they calling but hang up immediately so how Am I supposed to pick up the call? They don't even leave a voice mail. This is harrassment !!!!
   I'm self isolating I paid for the tests, I follow the rules after all this I don't have to be harrassed.

   The idea is to punish people for going abroad and seeing how much better life is elsewhere than in this awful country. The tests are pointless - the results don't matter -after all you have to stay at home whatever they are. No scientific justification for 3 covid tests in just over a a week.

   Completely agree, they told me that nobody obligate me to leave the country, I am not from UK, they thread me to put me in a black list and that things would get worse if I didn’t answer the same questions again and again, it is ridiculous

   Rang four times and hung up. Been back in the Country since 29/9 at 11pm, was visited physically by t&t at 9am on the 30/9 and rang twice by this caller. This is a Psyop.

   Track and Trace harassment calls. Day 7 out of 10. Rang for 2 seconds, impossible to answer in that time. Came back from a country with fewer cases than the UK. If I'm supposed to self isolate anyway, why am I forced to spend a lot of money on so many tests? Corruption and illogical people are driving this

   The number came up on my mobile screen but when I answered, there was only silence. I supposedly received another call from that number but I didn't even hear it ring. When I rang back, it was a recorded message. This is utterly hopeless.

   They're NHS track and trace who i have immediately blocked because the 'Government' wants to make you feel guilty for leaving the UK and punishing you with these harassing calls. NOTE: people on the other line are rude and ignored!
   
   I paid for day 2 and day 8 costs, i don't need harrasing calls. Goodluck on them if they physically check up on me because i am certainly not staying there!

   Safe call! I ignored it as it was an 03 number and automated messaged sounded like fraud. I received a messaged from a separate number asking if I was isolating and ignored that too. The police have been this morning to check I am isolating.. they confirmed that it was their numbers who rang and texted and a lot have people have thought it was a scam too

    She said she is calling from NHS track and trace and asked my permission to share my details with other organisations. I asked to send me a list of those organisations she is going “to sell” my personal data to. She tried to give me a link over the phone, but it did not work. She asked if I want to finish the call, then she will report that I was not cooperating

    Called me three times this morning, was in the shower for one and an interview for the next two... So haven't answered.
    
    Got a txt from UK Gov saying welcome to the country and mentioned isolation, but I've not been anyway and haven't been told by the covid app that I need to isolate. I'm also double vaccinated...

    Constant phone calls from this number
    4 on day 1 of quarantine from France, 2calls and a visit from Uber taxi driver moonlighting for track and trace
    1 call so far today, 4 rings no chance of picking up. Rude, aggressive and argumentative.
    I have both vaccines this is discrimination and harrasment

    They call me daily. Told them they are asking same questions and saying the same stuff every day. I can't understand their accents some days but just keep saying the same stuff in the right places. Can they ping you (as in locate you by ip address) from the call?.

    They will call everyday , sometimes calls for 2 seconds , and not giving you the chance to pick up, english is their second or third, strong accents, fishing for personal data, not too concern about test results, track and trace is a farce!

    Supposed to be checking me after returning to UK from abroad. Some are nice but most of them don't even say a thing l, the line is disrupted and sorry to say why does the government/ NHS employ people whose Englisg is below beginner??? Not to mention asking me the same questions all the time. Very upset, don't mind being checked but do it in a professional way!!!

    Impossible to understand them, maybe a scam, asked me if I'm buying a test to release, said no they hanged up, they mumble a lot, and ask a lot of questions, fishing for yes|no answers, oh well, if it's genuine they should hire someone who doesn't have a speech impediment, no idea what I'm agreeing to.

    Six calls in three days!
    I agreed to self isolate for the required time and I am not a liar. Have followed the rules for 20 months. The area I legally visited has about 100 cases and should be on the green list. I was safer there than I am in the UK after the Government let all the Indians come

    Yes it is a police state - I've had the calls every day and a knock on the door this morning from the NHS Gestapo, who after knocking on the my door had the nerve to ask me for identification. This is the Tories authoritarian state and there is no opposition to it...frightening.

    Would not leave a message on answer machine. I monitor all with callblocker CPR!!!!!

    Received a call and there was just silence. I waited for 15 seconds and nothing happened. Tried to call back and just got automatic reply saying it was a covid tracing! Ridiculous....I am quarantining, got all the tests planned and their tracking ends being an absolute rubbish. If they try to fine me, I'll be furious.

    I am currently in self-isolation and I have received a call yesterday, explained where I'm standing. Unfortunately, I have received another call today asking me exactly the same questions & informing me that they will be calling me every day. That's border line harassment.
    I appreciate that I need to feed into the system but not EVERY DAY! I'm not sure if this is a government agency or some market research?

    Someone pretending to be NHS Test and Trace. Asked me for my personal information. I declined and challenged whether I can call back on the number on the NHS page. He said that's not possible. He started threatening me with the prosecution. I reported it to Action Fraud.

    I also reported this to action fraud AND to NHS Track & TRace help number (119). The latter checked on the system and said I had never been cald by NHS T&T!!! Shocking, so this is a scam to get what from me, my dob??

    Called at 10.18AM then again at 11.37 asked Arfan why the second call. He told there was no record of the first call on his screen Then was bullied into doing the second call. They have no clue of what they are doing. It needs doing by people who know what they are doing instead of wasting time and money. System is not working.

    It is Covid tracing, as others have reported. In my case they are being slightly psycho about it, having called me on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Sunday so far. (Why not Saturday? I don't know why not Saturday.) Each time I am required to respond to the same script. It is now Monday morning & I'm waiting for Call Number Five.

    Track and trace caller, proper legit, they did ask your year of birth not the whole thing, this is to confirm they are speaking to the right person.
    
    Some of the comments on this forum looks a bit odd. No need to go crazy paranoid for asking for your year of birth. Come on be real.

    They ask for your D.O.B before they can give you information about self isolation. Most people know that this is not the protocol when receiving a call from a stranger, either the Gov.uk is employing idiots or it’s a scam either way don’t give personal data over the phone unless you know who it is.
