NHS radiology appointment, sent by text. The appointment time written on the text was actually correct.
The name of the patient was initialled and also correct (eg JS instead of John Smith). However, I didn't reply with any 'YES' since I wasn't expecting this text message. Possibly genuine but not 100% sure. -

Took me to The NHS appointment portal. Asked my date of birth and the PIN in the text, no other details were requested. This showed my correct hospital details, correct nhs trust for my area, and offered me an appointemt i was expecting
