An Indian-accented man identifying himself as from Virgin Media wanted to discuss the details of setting up a landline switch with me. I hung up after telling him I didn't think he was from Virgin. He called three more times on my mobile and six times on my landline. I didn't answer any calls.

Calling repeatedly, even when calls are denied as we are busy they instantly call back.
Telling us our contract is over and if we don't update it now it will double in cost.
When we said we are not ready to upgrade they got angry stating "I shall mark you down as cancelling your account"
This is at the level of harassment. We are not happy.
