Some days ago a man called me many times from several phone numbers, all starting with 0044 16.
I think he wanted to sell me some financial products, but not sure.
I could not understand because of his bad accent.
He was aggressive and annoying.
If you just tell that you are not interested in any kind of service he will ask why and will repeatedly call you.
So, I stopped to answer the calls, but I received a further call today. I answered and they told nothing. -

The caller´s number is 00441604556407. They pretend to be Microsoft. I ended the call immediately because I heard that there are hackers out telling you that you must make changes to your Windows Software in order to protect your computer. In reality the result of this is that they can get access to your computer and can place a virus.
Brigitte replied 1/15/20, 9:00 AMYesterday and today I had the same problem. But - there were a lot of different numbers, beginning with 004416! Yesterday they pretend to be Microsoft and I stopped the call. I asked Microsoft and get to know that they are hackers. Have not accept all those phone calls (coming every hour now!).
