Thanks to posts on here I can safely block this number... It might be genuine... still cold-calling, infringing on me & my time... and I don't need a hearing aid!

I always receive most unknown telephone calls altogether over a 24 hour period and then get nothing for 1-2 weeks. Today at 10.30 am I received a call from a man who with-held his number requesting to speak to me by name and I replied to him 'not known' .He was very rude and did not introduce himself when I asked who is speaking. An hour later I received a call from 01215069211 asking to speak to home owner who hung up when I hesitated followed later by 01698313017 explaining they were an energy company, followed later by 3 calls from 08430500658 automated caller saying they were global energy. Last call received at 16.40pm. I am convinced they are all linked from same group. Does anyone else get a run of calls in a day?

cheesed off replied 11/12/14, 1:24 PMexactly same problem - wont accept I have NHS hearing aids. Next time I think I will just keep saying What...pardon...what...cant hear you!!!! -
