Utility company offering to change utility supplier, call every day to my mobile ..have blocked them but they still leave message on my phone. Total nuisance callers. Have called me now for several weeks. they do not stop.

I am so sick of this company calling my home, my mobile even my partners yesterday we told them we are NOT INTERESTED in switching from British gas and they have been told this for the past 6yrs, but they are going on about how great their prices are? Well, when you are practise and annoyingly calling always even at 1 point my voicemails had 17 calls in 2 wks? no one who has my number will leave a voicemail as I don't answer them? But UTILITA PLEASE BACK THE F*** OFF AND GIVE PEOPLE A CHOICE IF THEY ARE GOING TO CHANGE SUPPLIERS IT IS DEFINITELY GOING TO BE DONE BECAUSE THEY ARE SICK OF YOU HOUNDING THEM every day, MY SISTER WAITED OVER 6MTH FOR CARDS AND USED TO CALL EVERY WK FROM MY PHONE AND SHE WOULD HAVE TO WRITE THE NUMBERS DOWN SO SHE COULD HAVE A CUSTOMER NUMBER TO GET GAS AND ELECTRIC. A very rude, aggressive Scotsman kept asking if it was they who put in my smart meter and was it them. Not knowing who ‘them’ was I asked who was he ringing on behalf he didn’t answer at first and then got aggressive when I said I didn’t want to discuss this only with my energy supplier. I asked him not to speak to me like that and put the phone down and have blocked at least that number!

I've been called every two months for the last 8 years asking for a miss Elizabeth Langford and I've told them every single time I've never known anyone of that name and please remove my number from your system. This time round I lost it and told the Scottish sounding woman she was dead, when the caller apologised I then told her to F off and don't ever ring me again. I'm sure it won't stop unless I change my phone number. I'd love to find out who this person is!!

They keep calling, two or three times a day, I keep ignoring.
I may start to answer the calls just to waste their time, like I used to do with people who called me to tell me I'd been in an accident. Didn't answer, only rang 3 times. Read comments above, Utilita ripped me off badly! Their customer service was not good, at times rude! I gave up arguing with them about how much my bills went up. I blamed the smart meter, told me not possible, then I read later 1st generation smart meters overcharged! I got no refund, no apology, switched companies, got the smart meters removed and stopped fighting with them. Wish I'd carried on with requesting meter to be checked and refund, but did not want to deal with them any longer. Obviously they still have my details

Calls me at least twice a week and leaves voicemails. The number has been blocked so it automatically goes to voicemail. My voicemail says to NOT leave one because I don't listen to them. I blocked them because nobody ever talked when I answered. This has been going on since january. I'm considering unblocking and just answering with a scream til they get the message.

Rang me up whilst at work. The caller introduced himself and his company. Knowing then it was a utility switching company, I knew I would not be interested in any offers and since I'm at work I said I wasn't interested and asked them to delete my number. The caller rudely told me that he won't delete my number because he hasn't told me what he was calling me for and told me he would ring me again once I finished work. I told him ok bit I will tell you exactly the same thing. After hanging up, I realised I haven't got time for any butthurt cold callers and just blocked the number. How they got my number I don't know but seriously, when I say delete my number I'm telling you so you're not wasting your own time as well as my own.

Continuous calls everyday for a month. I've blocked the number but it ends up as a voicemail...please I work in NHS. I don't need this aggravation utilita...why is ofcom and ofgen not finding these people £1000's for nuisance calling.... Time to send to our MP I think
