   Endless calls with messages from a computer stating that they tried calling and may try later. Then asks me to call them on 03339997288. As yet I have never called them and I haven't answered their calls. Do they not know when to give up?

   I keep getting calls from them. It’s very annoying seeing I’ve just deferred for this next year. I‘ve also tried to block them but then they use different numbers. I also got a call from someone in Aldershot so I ignore this too. They’ve rung up every day. I just want them to go away!!! Jay.

   Rang mobile and house phone. Initially silent then automated voice saying it was Erudio and to call a number to contact them. No reason for them to be contacting me as my student loan is deferred.

   Erudio Student loansharks. Daily calls. My student loan is deferred but I still get constant telephone harassment from the company. Well, I did. I have blocked their number on my phone now. I know they still try though as my blocking software lets me have notifications to say they are still attempting to call me. Idiots.

   I wrote to Erudio so that they would either e-mail or write to me a letter and to remove my mobile number, and then call after call after call started. If you have any arrears, you may also get LINK Financial which is the debt collection company they use 02920858700. I'm going to put a complaint: There is a nice FAQ from the CAB about Harassment, which you might find helpful. I did.

   Said that because they’d refunded an overpayment that my account may show in arrears and I may receive an automated letter due to this error. They will remove it but wanted to let me know that they may not be able to stop the letter. If they’re making this many calls for this reason they should probably just have sent an email to everyone!

    Erudio pestering again - this mob have never heard of sending a letter? 90% of the time its silent calls, when i do get someone they are wanting personal information, but wont identify themselves - number now blocked.

    nobody there when i answer. looks like erudio as i have old student loans account transferred to them.. BTW...these assoles erudio caused me having arrears on my account because i wouldnt fill in and return thier DAF....And u all know what a DAF is!! i sent them prove of my income was under the earning threshold but they ignored it SO I IGNORE THEM!!

    This was Erudio, called relentlessly asking me to confirm my details so they could discuss a 'personal matter' but wouldn't say what. Eventually I relented and found that it's so they can give me a refund for an overpayment (it was a technicality to do with deferment and I believe it's a widespread issue).

    Same as the other posters, I had a call today, they said the company was called alderhay or alderway? Either nothing comes up on google. They said it was a personal matter and asked for my name and address, then told me the address was wrong, asked when I last moved, then asked for date of birth, again they said it was wrong?

    Received a call from this company wanting to speak with my wife about a 'personal matter', but refused to say who they were or what the call was about. They wanted to leave a number for my wife to call on, but I refused to take it unless they agreed to identify themselves. The post code is Aldershot.
