    This is getting really annoying! Abandoned an online quote form as the costs were prohibitive. Way way too much. A 50% discount wouldn’t even bring it down to an affordable level for us! Specifically said no phone contact but have since had 5 attempted calls. Disrespectful, annoying, unprofessional.

    Did an online quote for health insurance. Abandoned as far too expensive. Requested no telephone calls - email only. Next day calls started. Too aggressive for me. Won't be considering them in the future for any other products. Big no from me Saga.

    Same as many others here .. partially completed online quote for private health insurance with SAGA. Specifically requested NO telephone contact. Within mutes had a call on my mobile. I did not answer ofc. VERY ANNOYING and UNPROFESSIONAL. I am quite capable of making a decision online myself without being bullied into it on the phone.

    Applied for an online medical insurance quote with SAGA - specifically indicated I wanted contact by email but received a call on my mobile within 15 mins (although the line went dead when I tried to answer it). Has totally put me off any of their products now.
