   Annoying robot asking to call back.
   This is a debt collection company and I have no debts. If a real person rang up instead then they'd know instantly they got the wrong number. Complete waste of time and very annoying.

   Constant bombardment on the house phone, my mobile with calls and text, emails and letters the debt isn't for British gas as I'm on pay as you go smart meters and debt free with them the debt is for Sky. I'm sure there is a limit of how much they can contact you in one day! And no matter if you block them they do it via another number! It's harassment! I don't know about anyone else but if I don't reply to anything especially over time it means I don't wish to be contacted. Some people need to take the hint.

   I am bombarded with text messages and phone calls practically everyday from these much of boozoes! It was from that dreadful energy giant British Gas, seriously move to OVO - awesome company. BG added my name to a debt company for a debt that was not mine. I wrote to BG about this 14 years ago they did nothing, messed up my credit. I took this to the Ombudsman and BG paid me compensation of £300. I was astounded to note that I am still to date being hounded - this is so stressful. I have written any to British Gas a month ago - received a letter 2/3 weeks ago saying they are looking into it, but as usual nothing.

   They keep ringing our lass, I rang them and told them to stop. They had the wrong number, I kept asking what they actually do, several times, and she wouldn't answer me. They need shutting down. Don't answer the call

   I've had several missed calls as well as emails and text messages from various numbers asking me to contact Capital resolve. When I picked up today, they were not able to tell me what they are calling about without 'verifying' my identity. I refused to give them my address details without some explanation, they were rude and said they will text me a link to their website so I can check for myself who they are... Will not be answering again after reading the comments here!

    Demanded my bank details. .they actually shouted at me.
    
    I asked why should I give it to them and they said to verify account. U said i will give them last 4 digits he shouted "am I stupid I nred you're sort code and account number" I said no I'm not happy to.. he said right were coming over and will smash your door in to take all your stuff.. I put the phone down on him.
