This number called and an automated voice asked me to confirm if my name was Nicolson (it isn't) when I clicked option 2 to speak to someone to 'update their records' I got another repeating automated voice telling me the lines were busy and that they were calling on behalf of a company called Dorkies in Hardengreen. Hardengreen is about 10 miles from me. I did a Google search while listening to this automated message and couldn't find any company with that name or similar and hung up assuming it's a scam. Hopefully I won't end up with a big bill from BT. The automated message said I wouldn't be charged for the call but you never know.
