Left a voicemail - male, sounded fed up! Said he was calling from Crohn’s & Colitis about my membership - they have NEVER attempted to call before - something doesn’t feel right? IGNORED & BLOCKED.
CRS replied 11/21/22, 2:04 PMJust called me saying the same gave his name as Simon. Sounded an older guy, tired, not very professional but not nasty or anything. Just ordinary not usual call centre type. Asked me three questions about my membership/ current health. Then explained that C&C were trying to start a new health service for members who had a stoma, did I have one. As I do not, he thanked me said he was pleased about that and went. There was no mention of it being a medical services call and I am now wondering how he/they had my details about CCUK ??? -
