Call the house 3 or more times a day. They said they were from Scottish Power. Told them to stop calling. They called back later in the day and left a message to call them back. Not planning to!

...we had moved and close 'then ONLINE in credit account' in NOV 2013.

But we Never were issued/ had a final bill- an orderly process to close the relationship- we believe! . multiple times this was 'promised by SC' within 5 bus days ??

NO we receive mysterious calls from this number - even an SMS -- to pay 'overdue??' bill.... seemingly even DD attempts by SC to our 'former Banking facility'....

Watch out ... SC seemingly have lost the PLOT in late 2013?

Don't answer this number. They are complete spam of the worst kind - they expect u to call them back. We here's some ideas: stop cold calling, use real people, and stop calling when I poltely tell you to stop. This company should be closed down.

I had a phone call from this number saying they were Scottish power I'm not even with them. Tried to end the call but the music was still playing. I have reported it to Virgin who said I wouldn't be charged for the call. This is a scam..

Had few missed calls from this, claim to be from Scottish Power (We have never dealt with Scottish Power) asked me to confirm my address (As we have never dealt with Scottish Power I didn't wish to provide this), seemed quite unhelpful no idea what it is about, glad we have always been with E.ON never had any issues with them.

I have called Scottish Power to close my account and paid up what I owed on the phone. An hour later, a mysterious phone call said he was from Scottish power and wanted my DOB and details to "close my account". I refused to give it to him. I said I should call him back to make sure it is Scottish power. He gave me the number 01527 419 134. I called Scottish Power 0n 0800 0015138 and told them about this call and I was informed that Scottish Power would not call cusomters like that. This caller from 01527 419 134 is probably a SCAM.
