This is Appliances Online trying to sell extended warranties as the purchase year warranty nears expiry.
Unfortunately for them, Yes, I do remember buying my washing machine nearly a year ago. It's just gone wrong. Your bloody redirect lines go through to the wrong manufacturer and it took an hour to arrange for a service engineer to come out over a week later. Yes you have called at a 'bad' time. Go away! -

Same issues, ringing at all times of day and at the weekend?? Saturday and Sunday :( does anyone know how to block numbers from your Android phone? Is there an app I can download without changing the entire outlook and display of my phone contacts?

AO - bought a fridge and washing mahcine from them about a year ago and now they phone me constantly when I answer I hear nothing and there is no one there. But on phoning it back it is AO. It is so annoying if I get to speak to them I will give them what for.

calls to both mobile and house so wondered who it could be as neither had a person speaking when answered. now know to be appliance online thanks to tellows. if buy from them again will require deletions upon sale condition of £10 fee if called, claimable thro small claims court.

Yup...just bought from appliances online,and receiving these calls about twice a day now. It must be one of them automatically dialled numbers,cos noone answers when I pick up.I'm going to try registering with tps again, or failing that,I'll get an ap like the other commenter!! ;)

I always keep my answer phone on, after receiving nuisance calls. Twice my phone rang with this 01612350410 number.No message was left. I assume reading these posts it might be from Appliance Online as my freezer is soon to be out of warranty.I do not wish to renew it.

Also got a call from this number and since I have a spam blocking app installed on my mobile, it cut the call. I did purchase an item from Appliances Online about a year ago who were then trying to flog me all sorts of warranty subscriptions. The appliance is still going strong,touch wood!

A very polite young man wanted to advise me because my warranty for my washing machine is about to expire. I told him that I do not need the warranty and it was not so polite at once.

The caller wanted a guarantee for my washing machine to sell me. I declined, but he did not let up. I said that I'm playing now and block the number would. After that I have not written a comment on the wall of the company on Facebook. This has often wonders.

I haven't answered the calls but consent harassment from this number 0161 235 0410. I goggled the number and found it to be Appliance Online warranty service
if they harass their customers like this they have lost my future business.
