Lady rings my business, doesn't introduce herself and when asked, Just ignores me and says Do you still have a company vehicle ???
My response of who is asking is met by laughter, and she hangs up the call.
Call them back, and you can't get past a "please enter extension number"

A guy with a scouse accent, called up saying he was from Fleetpoint Magazine, sounded very odd, almost intoxicated. Was pressing for information about company vehicles but seemed very against actually explaining WHY he wanted that information. On multiple occasions he asked for different people in the company to ask instead of dealing with me and after many attempts I finally got to the bottom of the nature of his call. Essentially they are looking to find out what vehicles you have so that they can send you offers on vehicles and get you signed up to newsletters etc. At the best it's just someone who is relatively unprofessional, at worst it's just a spam machine. Needless to say he was off the phone quickly when I told him I wasn't interested and the number has now been blocked accordingly. Save yourself a few minutes, hang up and do the same.
