   Called asking to speak to the owner, I asked what it was about, was told the account, i said what we owe you money? she said, no the current account, i said what the bank account? she said no about your phone, i said i know he wont want to change the phone as we have recently upgraded, she said its not about changing them its about your phone line, i said we dont want to change them, she said well I've been told to ring him back. I then said ok thanks but we dont want any, thanks, bye and put the phone down. I know for a fact no one has told them to ring back and I know for a fact they have called me at least three times and ive said not interested. If i am spending more than i should thats my tough, you are not calling for a chat, you want something out of it..i dont buy stuff from cold callers. FULL. STOP.

   Again, called about phone lines but had wrong address for us and wrong company info. Phone line was bad. Why would we switch? Doesn't give you much confidence.
