Caller was rude, aggressive, had the wrong details for my address. He didn't like being questioned about the organisation, refused to give the web address for the "Government Agency" he represents.
He insisted I was a council tenant with a mould problem and he was doing me a favour.

Welsh accent, wrong personal details, persistent calling, six times in three hours, calling about ‘mould in my property’ (I own my property outright it has never been housing association). Avoid, block. Though they call back from new numbers.
