Received a call from this number quite a few times but I've blocked it so it never rings any more. Today they left a message about not providing tips unless they've spoken with owners, or something like that. I'm thinking this is some kind of tip line - unsolicited from my perspective so taking no action other than to continue blocking.

No legitimate excuse - complete s****s harrassing people and abusing elderly vulnerable trusting. -

I ignored it then checked here and saw it's yet another 'spam' caller. I add these to a my address book under Spam Rubbish so when/if they call again I see that and ignore. The worst thing you can do is answer, because then they know they have made contact! Until then they are just ringing random numbers.

This has been happening all week. My mobile phone rings only once, then hangs up. This is now my 4th time and the 2nd using this exact number. The other's numbers have been very similar but slightly different, by a digit or two.
Does anyone know what this is all about? I mean why bother, what can be gained from ringing once then hanging up... every f***ing day?kellsbells replied 5/16/14, 7:05 PMi decided to look this up and was amazed so many are having this problem. i also have been gettin these, 4 times all same no. its annoying me a lot. whats the deal here?
