    Twitter seems to have had the desired result. Only 1 call since I posted this.

    If you are being pestered tweet about it. Make sure all your followers know the number and tell them to block it. As soon as I did this I got a message from Scottish powers asking for my number and promising to remove it from the dialers.
    I also complained to Ofcom since these multi-dialers that frequently leave you talking to an empty line were supposed to be outlawed.

    This number is very active in harassing people at the moment. Saw on Scottish Power Twitter today customer complaint of this no. SP replied to DM Scottish Power with their number and they would remove from dialar. S P's admission it's their number ! Will S P remove their number ? Probably not, I know them only too well unfortunately, dirty.

    Rings me any time of day or evening, have picked up a couple of times and questioned how they have my number as I'm registered on TPS and they just hang up! Then someone else tries again later! Frustrated!!!

    Round a comment elsewhere saying if you call the number back but replace the end 2 with a 3, you can leave your number for them to delete from their system over the next couple of days.. Seems to have worked,, not had any calls since.
