Called to say from microsoft and my computer had an infection.Gave her name as Christine Wilson and needed to access my windows 10 computer to cure infections.
Managed to keep her talking for 20 minutes so that others aren't scammed.
Rather suspect this to be a virtual number, do not trust at all. -

They called to talk about alleged computers problems - I don't have that sort of support contract, I provide my own IT support. They were a scammer. When I challenged them, they rang off.
Songhai replied 11/4/16, 9:29 AMSame thing. Wanted access to my personal computer to update windows. Said I didn't have one and the scamming git hung up.

We received calls at our commercial premises from this number and although we can clearly hear office related activity in the background - the caller hangs up after we introduce our company!
Our recommendation is to ignore/block this caller - totally unprofessional and therefore in our view SUSPECT!!
