   I've had multiple pre recorded calls about boiler installation from an unknown number. I then pressed "5" for a call back and this number came up when they called me back. I told them never to ring me again but I don't expect that will be be the end of it. Maybe Ofcom should be informed?

   Beware, this is an outfit called the Entitlement Ageny, who follow up calls from spam text messages. They have history, check them out.

   I've had many calls from this number and I am fed up with them. I've told them not to bother me but they do it again and again. Few times I realised that, as I was getting frustrated, the staff on the other side were laughing at me. I have severe depression and cannot cope with thing like that. I even blocked their number but still they use a different number to call me. Can somebody help me and tell me how to get rid of these stupid people and their calls?
